It is not Flocking, but it is a similar idea in that it adds a layer of gentle dimension. Any similarity ends there because Flower Soft is a very fine, curly, collection of miniature colored "stuff" that, when applied to a picture or image, looks like "flowers", moss, garden and landscape detail, etc. The application is simplicity itself, dabs of super tacky white glue are applied where the Flower Soft is required, lay a generous amount of the Flower Soft over the glue areas, pat gently to ensure it is attached to the glue, tap off the excess. Leave to dry then gently brush off any product that has not actually adhered to the glue. Simple and fast. All instructions are included in the box but that is basically all there is to it. For a very light delicate application of product, do not pat down. This product is not only being widely used for card-making but our Paper Tole customers have scooped it up for landscaping detail.
