Jane used the acid free Speck-tacular 1/8th Quilling Paper to create the design and when completed, brushed the top edge of the Quilling Paper with the Macropearl contained in the US Art Watercolor Palette 801 series. This technique of brushing on the various colors using the Watercolor Palettes adds another accent option to your Quilled projects. Paper layer your card backgrounds to bring out the colors used in the Quilling papers.
