Simple but effective. Layer your appropriate card stock and a piece of the Washi paper for background effect.
Stamp the image twice on cardstock you will be using for the final layer. Cut the dark circle from one layer and elevate it directly over the bottom image. Use the foam Mounting Squares for elevation and best effect.
We did accent the card with two small curved pieces of Mitzuhiki paper covered cord.
