Simple, effective card for a Quiller.
Start with the pre-embossed "Baby" cards from the cards and envelopes set and using the direct to paper technique and a pigment ink in a pale pink, (we actually used the Versamagic Pixie Dust Teardrop pad) GENTLY draw across the surface so the embossed words are lightly color enhanced.
The Quilled baby carriage is in the "Baby Themes" kit, complete with the required Quilling paper and other patterns to create further cards with. All of our Quilling Kits contain complete instructions how to create the various designs and the patterns to follow. However, the kits do not contain the tools. You will need needle tool and white glue that dries clear.
