Description:
This card is simple to copy just visually looking at the 3 shapes. You will need a bulk pack of the Washi Paper Quilting. This pack comes complete with foam and backer to cut the required image from.
Trace on the card backing and cut out. Cut the foam out just a little undersized.
Cut the Oriental paper shapes out larger, enough to wrap to the back and tape in place. Slice the corners so the paper lays flat at the back.
We used the Zots to secure in place firstly but found they tended to “pop” off because of the bulk of the paper on the back. We suggest you use the foam mounting squares which appear to be a total success.
There are very inexpensive kits that have a series of patterns in them, including the one used for this card.
You will need to purchase your paper separately as none of the kits contain paper. .
We also have kits which have pattern instructions and sufficient foam and backer to use for many projects.
